Pavone Café was founded by Chef Kostas Christodoulou, who returned to Greece after a distinguished career in London. Born in 2021 on Symi, Pavone has become a top artisanal café, using fair trade coffee, manual ROK espresso machines, and creative dishes with local ingredients, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach.
